Deborah Jones is a change management consultant and coach, with a background in business transformation and innovation. Her focus is on delivering change by positively engaging the people involved.
Deborah specialises in developing and implementing people-focussed change initiatives designed to support business change and innovation. Consulting assignments with Financial Services, Retail, Telco and Advisory Services clients have led her to design development centres for high potential leaders, implement programmes to improve communication and collaboration between teams and facilitate & project manage cultural audits and change programmes. She has also been engaged to launch new products and services to market and imbed innovation processes across multiple teams.
Deborah has first hand experience of how an organisation’s culture impacts entrepreneurial capability amongst leaders, as well as impacting the bottom line. Prior to becoming a consultant Deborah spent 12 years in the Financial Services Industry in marketing roles, leading new product development and innovation and launching several new start up businesses and products in both the UK and mainland Europe for egg (now part of Citibank).
She has been trained as a coach by Results Coaching Systems (ICF accredited) and holds a Masters degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change from HEC, Paris and University of Oxford, for which she evaluated the role of leadership behaviours and corporate values on cultural change within a major European bank.
